By accessing or using the Voxvol platform, you agree to these Terms of Service and any plan-specific terms referenced at signup.
You are responsible for the content of calls placed through your agents, for maintaining valid consent for outbound calling in your jurisdiction, and for complying with applicable telecom and data-protection law.
If you configure tenant-owned provider credentials, you are responsible for the terms and usage costs of that provider directly. Voxvol is not a party to your agreement with third-party providers.
Each plan includes defined quotas for concurrency, daily calls, and monthly minutes. Exceeding your plan's quota may result in queued or rejected calls until quota resets or your plan is upgraded.
Either party may terminate this agreement as described in your order form or plan terms. Upon termination, call data is retained or deleted according to your plan's data retention settings.
The platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
