This Privacy Policy describes how Voxvol ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our voice-AI platform, including call audio, transcripts, and account data.

2. Information we collect

• Account information you provide (name, email, company).
• Call metadata, transcripts, and recordings processed on your behalf.
• Provider credentials you configure, stored encrypted at rest.
• Usage and diagnostic data needed to operate the platform.

3. How we use information

We use collected information to operate and improve the platform, provide support, enforce quotas and provider policy, and meet legal and compliance obligations.

4. Data sharing

We share data with the LLM, STT, TTS, and telephony providers you configure for your tenant, and with subprocessors necessary to operate the platform. We do not sell your data.

5. Data retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your plan's configured retention window, after which they are deleted.
