Running voice agents for one team is one problem. Running them for forty client tenants from one control plane is a different problem entirely.
You need per-tenant quotas that are reserved before a call starts and reconciled after it ends, a DID inventory that validates ownership on every call, and provider policy that can differ tenant by tenant.
We built Voxvol's control plane around exactly these three primitives, because we watched teams hit all three walls trying to bolt governance onto a single-tenant engine.
